Do I need To Be Licensed?

Not at all! We're happy to help you get licensed through our real estate school partners while learning lots of helpful tips and secrets like what to expect on your test and how to prepare in order to get a passing score on your first attempt.

Do You Accept Part time Agents?

Yes. One of the many things that sets us apart is that we are one of a few brokerage firms that welcome agents who have other jobs, gigs or businesses. Not only do we think it’s great to have an alternate source of income since agents are on a commission-only basis, but it also broadens your perspective. Plus, why not make full use of your time and earning potential by doing something you love? We even encourage people to continue working their current jobs because there's nothing better than blending passion with work!

Do You Offer Mentorships?

You bet! As a part of our newer agent team, we provide all new agents the option to join our Mentorship Program which will give you the opportunity to learn more and receive some advice from a more seasoned agent on the team.

Are There Any Required Meetings?

Join us every Wednesday for our weekly Park Place Power Meeting, where we have a variety of real estate topics to discuss and it's an opportunity for agents to connect with peers and get up-to-date on trends. We hope you'll join us via Zoom or in person! We encourage new agents to be present, as this is a great way to get to know the team.

Are Leads and Referrals Distributed?

Yes, once you have been able to successfully complete the Agent University program. Lead distribution will be awarded in a exclusive round robin lead team.
